Nonostante il chiaro tentativo di gettare discredito con una tempistica sospetta, il nuovo attacco all’Orlandina Basket formulato oggi dal quotidiano “La Gazzetta dello Sport” finisce con il confermare l’infondatezza dei presupposti che hanno portato l’esclusione della società al prossimo campionato di Serie A.
Come evidenziato nello stesso articolo del quotidiano sportivo, la decisione del Consiglio Federale, poi ribadita dalla Camera di Conciliazione del Coni, riguarda esclusivamente la mancata iscrizione a bilancio di un debito con l’Enpals.
L’articolo cita tre cartelle esattoriali delle quali (quella di 900 euro) non vale la pena prendere nemmeno in considerazione.
L’altra cartella, di 225.589 euro, mai notificata risulta annullata il 17 gennaio 2008.
A proposito della terza cartella di 769.241 euro, si precisa quanto segue. L’importo prevede per oltre la metà sanzioni e ripropone debiti già calcolati nelle precedenti cartelle.
In ogni caso, contro la richiesta avanzata in data 22 gennaio 2008, l’Orlandina ha presentato ricorso ed il Tribunale civile di Catania che ha fissato l’udienza per il marzo 2010.
Quand’anche il debito andasse iscritto a bilancio “a titolo di accantonamento prudenziale”, è ovvio che ciò sarebbe dovuto avvenire nel bilancio 2008 e quindi in data successiva all’iscrizione al campionato di Serie A.
Infine, su altri aspetti citati nell’articolo, e comunque non collegati al procedimento che ha portato all’esclusione dal campionato dell’Orlandina Basket, si rammenta che proprio martedì la società ha presentato alla Procura della Repubblica di Patti un dettagliato esposto-denuncia con il quale si sollecita l’accertamento della regolarità dei pagamenti.
